Condolence

Honourable Speaker, I rise to add my words of condolences to the family, friends and members of the Labor Party who knew and loved Gillian Hillma James - Gill James.

Honourable Speaker, I rise to offer condolences to Tony Rundle's family on behalf of the Greens and to recognise the loss for many within the Liberal Party, including the Premier.

I rise tonight to pay tribute, as my colleague Mr Garland did earlier this week, to a beautiful man, a Tasmanian surf legend and environmental champion, Mick Lawrence.

Lindsay grew up at Marrawah on a soldier settlement block and both expressed and demonstrated a profound love of Tasmania.
