Just back to the final report of the independent review into reportable deaths processes in Tasmanian hospitals, particularly at the LGH, the review talked about cases of deaths that were returned by the Coroner to the LGH with advice that they were not reported with. But due to the lack of cooperation from the Coroner’s office they were unable to ascertain if this advice came from a medical person. Isn’t this a significant outstanding question and will you get to the bottom of it?
