That is a very ambiguous answer, minister, to say that Parks will undertake monitoring of the marine reserve as required, which is presumably part of normal operating procedure. Can you tell the council when Parks will be having a look at whether or not there’s been ecological impacts on that reserve and to confirm whether or not there has been a breach of the regulations? When?
