Minister, can we take that as confirmation that there is a process in train to examine which TasPorts ports or airport or other infrastructure that comes under TasPorts may be made available for sale? Can you confirm that the sale of Devonport airport is on the table?
ANSWER
I’ll seek some advice on that, Mr President. Just wanted to check that I was right. I can confirm that I have had no conversations since I have been minister on that individually. The government has been very open and honest that all things will be looked at. Certainly, with TasPorts, as I touched on before, there are parts of TasPorts operations that are normally looked at, but, at this point in time, I am not aware of any conversations breaking any parts of that away separately.
