It is a legal fact that any contract can be renegotiated. Have you sought advice from your department or from Crown Law on the negotiable aspects of the contract with the AFL?
ANSWER
Mr President, I will quickly seek some advice.
While there have been a number of an ongoing meetings, the AFL has been very clear that aspect of the contract is not up for negotiation.
